CMS (Chelmsford Mortgage Solutions Ltd) was established in 2002 and registered as a Limited Company in 2004. We have always called 186 Moulsham Street, Chelmsford our home and we are proud to be in the heart of Essex. The prime location of our head office allows customers in East England to come see us, but with access to Zoom and Teams, we can arrange a mortgage for anyone, anywhere across the UK.
We are regulated by Primis Mortgage Network which is one of the largest mortgage networks in the UK. With Primis, we have access to over 90 lenders including high street banks, building societies and specialists. Primis also provides us with important guidance and knowledge, meaning we are well equipped to deal with all types of mortgage queries.
